Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of confirmation (excluding weekends and holidays).

2. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship across India. International shipping is not available at this time.

3. Shipping Charges

Free shipping on orders above ₹999. Flat rate of ₹79 on orders below ₹999.
Shipping charges, if any, are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.

4. Delivery Timelines

Metro cities: 3–5 business days
Other locations: 5–8 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link via email/SMS to follow your package in real time.

6. Shipping Partners

We ship via trusted courier partners such as Delhivery and other reliable logistics providers.

7. Failed Delivery Attempts

If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability, our courier partner will attempt redelivery. Orders undelivered after multiple attempts may be returned to us, and we'll reach out to arrange reshipment (additional charges may apply).
