How long will my order take to arrive?

All orders are processed and dispatched within 2-3 working days. Once shipped, delivery typically takes up to 5 working days, depending on your location. You'll receive tracking details as soon as your order is on its way.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

We currently only offer exchanges and no returns. Get in touch within 7 days of receiving your order and we'll arrange one exchange per order, provided the piece is unworn, unwashed, unaltered and has all tags and packaging intact. If your piece arrived damaged or defective, the exchange is free; otherwise exchange shipping both ways is borne by the customer. Full details are in our Exchange Policy.

How can I track my order?
